We only deliver to the UK mainland.

For items being shipped to an alternative address from the billing address, this option would be available as you go through the check out process.

Delivery charge

All our delivery charges are at a rate of £4.99, items should be delivered to you within 2-3 working days .
For items Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order within 3 working days , but please do allow up to 28 working days of purchase to receive your order.

Returns policy

We would like all our costumers to be happy with their purchase they make with MV Brands. If you are unhappy with any purchase made with us , its possible to return the items under the follow terms

Before returning any items back to us you would first need to inform us via mail or phone, so we can then send you out a returns slip. Once returns slip has been received, Please fill out the slip and return it back to us with the item you are sending back.
Please note you would need a returns slip when sending back any items. Returns slip would need to be filled out properly in order for you to receive a refund.
