Q) What payment can I use to shop online?
A) We accept payment via paypal as it is a very safe transaction.

Q) Is it safe to shop online at mv brands?
A) Yes shopping at mv brands is very safe for our customers to shop online. We like are customers to feel as safe as possible when shopping with mv brands.

Q) What will happen after I have place my order?
A) Once order is place you will get a email confirmation stating the order you have placed.

Q) Do you ship items worldwide?
A) No, we only delivery to U.K Mainland only.

Q) What if I don’t receive an email confirmation once I have placed my order?
A) Please allow up to 4 hours to receive a confirmation via email. If you have not received a confirmation within 4 hours of placing your order please call our customer service team, or you can send us an email.

Q) How long would I receive my item
A) Our aim is to ship items within 48hrs, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided confirming your item has been dispatched.

Q) Can I return my item?
A) Yes If you are not satisfied with the purchase you made you can return it back, but you must return items how you received it i.e. tag labels on clothing and item should be in good condition. You have up to 14 days to return items.(Costume jewellery/ jewellery are non refundable).
