Once you have placed your order you will then receive an email confirmation, on that order. Your credit and debit card or paypal account would be charged once we have dispatched your item.

Please note you must not order products from MV Brands website if you are not resident in the U.K.

Order errors and cancellation

All our prices on MV Brands are inclusive of V.A.T. 

Delivery cost would be added on during the checkout process.

We accept payments via paypal as it is a very easy and safe transaction. Debit and credit card payments can also be used.

Delivery

We only deliver to the UK mainland.

For items being shipped to an alternative address from the billing address, this option would be available as you go through the check out process.

Delivery charge

All our delivery charges are at a rate of £4.99, items should be delivered to you within 2-3 working days .

If you have not received your order within 3 working days. Please allow up to 28 working days before contacting us for a replacement.

Please note delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returns policy

We would like all our costumers to be happy with their purchase they make with MV Brands. If you’re unhappy with any purchase made with us, it’s possible to return the items under the follow terms.

Before returning any items back to us you would first need to inform us via mail or phone, so we can then send you out a returns slip. Once returns slip has been received, Please fill out the slip and return it back to us with the item you are sending back.

Refunds

Please note you would need a returns slip when sending back any items. Returns slip would need to be filled out properly in order for you to receive a refund/credit note.

Please allow 10 working days from our receipt of your return for us to process a refund.

Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment when making the order.

If there is any problem issuing you a refund to your card/ paypal account our customer service team will contact you regarding this.

Returns via post

All items being returned should be returned via recorded delivery.

All non clothing items are non refundable.
